Why training & development need is ‘stronger than ever’
Speaking in his role as President of the British Society for Advanced Dentistry (BSAD), Dr Nigel Jones reveals the difficulty young dentists face with career demoralisation due to fear of litigation and explains why training and development is pivotal for them to advance in the dental industry.
